Black Bean Brownies

Blend 1/2 cup nut butter (cashew)

1 cup black bean puree or other bean puree

6 oz of date paste

1/2 c unsweetened apple sauce

1/3 c kale or spinach puree

1/3 c unsweetened coconut

Then add in

1/3 c cocoa

1/3 cup brown sugar or other sweetener

2 eggs

1 tsp baking powder

1/2c whole wheat flour

1/2 c chopped nuts

Spoon out in 8×8 greased pan and bake 20 min at 350
