Trying to eat more veggies? Trying to get your kids to like veggies? Try a couple of scoops of veggie puree in pasta or rice or pretty much anything! If your kids don’t like a veggie you can add a spoonful and they won’t even notice. If you like the veggie than it can replace your sauce! Our dinner tonight was whole wheat pasta with black olives, tomatoes and broccoli puree. No sauce needed! Spice it up however you like. You could use kale, tomato or cauliflower puree. Whatever you like! This would have been a perfect clean eating dinner if my husband hadn’t brought home leftover pizza from work. Oh, well.
