Here is my slightly modified triathlon workout for this week.  I skipped week 3 and am following week 4 from The Original 13 Week Sprint Schedule since I feel like I can do a little more this week.  Looking forward to getting back in shape!  Tri races are a huge incentive for me to workout.  If you’re looking to find a race near you try Setup Events if you’re in the Southeast or the official Ironman webpage.  Happy training!

Monday 45 min bike

Tuesday Run 30 minutes

Wednesday Swim 25 minutes

Thursday Off

Friday Swim 20 / Bike 30 minutes

Sunday Off
